• How many square feet can the Merino Mono heat and cool?

  Our installers can install the vents through wood, stucco, and even brick.
• Can I install the Merino Mono myself?
  Even though installation is easy, we are currently limiting the sale and installation of Merino Mono to our certified installer partners.
• What is your warranty?
  1-year warranty for the hardware, up to 3-years for labor.
• Does the price include permitting?
  Permitting is not included in the $3,800 price point. Permitting costs are quoted at the discretion of the installer.
• What is the difference between the Mono and the Alpha?
  The Alpha is our first generation product designed for multi-family buildings, while the Mono is more refined for single-family homes and condos.
• Can I purchase an Alpha if I need a heat pump before the Mono is available?
  Yes! We are opening up installation availability for the Alpha in the Bay Area starting in July 2026.
